The 31 GU building will be a new construction in Talatona, located in the full urban environment, of strategic, corporate, commercial, social and architectural interest. With bold architecture, distinguished by its different image, the building will definitely contribute to the enrichment of the urban landscape in the south of Luanda.

In order to follow the features described above, a functional program was designed, having three bodies, interconnected, internally designed so as to provide good lighting and air circulation, highlighting a 16 floor housing tower.
The construction has a total area of 40.000 m2 for parking below ground, with about 10.800 m2, for trade, with almost 900 m2, for offices, a total of 4.500 m2 and for housing with approximately 16700.00 m2. The remaining area is for technical areas, common areas and circulation areas, balconies and large terraces, gym and health club, among other facilities.
The complex will have 237 parking spaces, 5 stores, 20 offices, 1 health club and 74 apartments type T1 to T6, which include T5 duplexes and penthouses.
